Main Duties include:

• Perform all duties to the latest ISO 14001 and 45001 requirements.
• Maintain discipline in the organisation to legal requirements & Company Policies & Procedures
• Assist with the shutdown and start up procedures for all plants.
• Be available for 24-hour stand-by duties.
• Knowledge of PLC and SCADA Programming and maintenance.
• Maintenance of automated packaging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of software programs.
• Instrumentation set up and maintenance.
• Equipment failure root cause analysis.
• Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities to minimise site breakdowns and optimise equipment performance
• Working with suppliers and contractors to self-manage maintenance work.

Criteria:

• Grade 12
• Millwright qualification or electrical engineer or mechanical engineer
• Strong mechanical experience
• Electric Control and Instrumentation experience
• 3 -5 years’ relevant experience in maintenance.
• Computer literate (Google sheet/Excel, Google docs/Word)
